I place an order of a supposes air condition even paid the extended waranty the order never got to my house, I keept sending messages and keep getting the same answer its on its way, I never reciebe my purshase I keep on sending messages and get the same answer its on its way just wait.

Never received refund

Got a defective unit after multiple emails finally got someone to issue a return label. Returned the item and verified they got it. Never received my refund even after 3 more emails. Emails were useless, never got the same person to respond nor was the interaction productive! So angry.

Chaotic, mismanaged company or a scam!

This company did not deliver the product! After my bank disputed the amount they charged on my credit card, the company returned the money to my bank account. BUT , more than a month after ordering and not getting the product, they sent me the product without me telling them! Am definitely returning it! What a chaotic and mismanaged company or is it a scamming one? I wonder!

TConnecting cord.

Blast Auxiliary - TConnecting cord.
The connecting cord is like that of a cellphone, not a proper electrical cord so I am currently unable to use this air ocnditioner. Is there an alternate system? I tried "Chat' but there is a charge; your phamplet says you are "happy to help at any time"; I do not expect to be charged for assistance.

Tracking number sent does not work.

Never got my order

Blast Auxiliary contact me with the same thing they say they are really sorry and ask me if I wanted a refaund or I wanted to receive a unit I told them to go ahead and send the unit its past another month and no unit, last weak I send them a letter asking for my full refund now I dont even get any answers. Now Its July 4 2022

Not getting any answers to solve an issue

I have been trying to return an item and get my money back but I cannot get the forms to send the item back and solve my issue. I have been dealing with this daily for 2 weeks. 221871**** Order of 2 cleaners and 2 extra filters

Never received two air cleaners ordered, yet already charged. Now receive confirmation and tracking number for two filters as part of the order. I need verification that cleaners are actually being shipped. Otherwise, I will dispute charge on credit card, and report this company to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company I have done business with. Please respond specifically to this issue, and not with an automated reply. Or please call me.

Horrible customer service

Unable to get helptracking number is invalid and the online form will not take my phone number altho Ive entered correct info. I have given my credit card info and cant speak to a human.
