I place an order of a supposes air condition even paid the extended waranty the order never got to my house, I keept sending messages and keep getting the same answer its on its way, I never reciebe my purshase I keep on sending messages and get the same answer its on its way just wait.

Not getting any answers to solve an issue

221871**** Order of 2 cleaners and 2 extra filters

Never received two air cleaners ordered, yet already charged. Now receive confirmation and tracking number for two filters as part of the order. I need verification that cleaners are actually being shipped. Otherwise, I will dispute charge on credit card, and report this company to the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company I have done business with. Please respond specifically to this issue, and not with an automated reply. Or please call me.

Unable to get helptracking number is invalid and the online form will not take my phone number altho Ive entered correct info. I have given my credit card info and cant speak to a human.

I am disappointed in the quality of this product, good for working in home with AC but anything outside is a crash, been try to get a refund but was not given order # at time of purchase please help

I got three fans . One dont work and the one that does is just junk . I didnt bother opening the third one . I would like a refund for all three devices . This device does not work how it is advertised.

Charged and no tracking no shipment

First of all I never really wanted to order this to begin with I wanted to find out what the shipping charge was before I would order this product and when I press the next button to find out what the shipping charge was it charged my card. When I wanted to call customer service and cancel the transaction theres no number to speak with these people. I have texted their support online several times with no response and if they do respond its generic saying my order number and when I ordered it. I will be calling my bank and canceling the charges these people are a scam!

Terrible communication about my order

I order my product through Blast Auxillary, and was suppose to get a Tracking number within 48hrs of my order. Never got it. Then tried to contact Customer service and they Have No Live Customer service. So sent them emails and got form typed emails that seem generic. Saying they Recieved my message of concern and working on it and at the same time, saying they had No record of my Purchance. I though I got Scamed. I did recieve my Order last night. So I recieved what I ordered.
